Spiritual Decluttering: Spring Cleaning for the Soul
Mid-winter is the ideal time to devote a quiet day spent in 'spiritual decluttering'. This workshop will provide a framework for sifting through the clutter of our full lives, crowded minds, and divided hearts. Using a variety of tools such as journaling, focusing and mindful prayer, we will tend to the work of spring cleaning of the soul, making room and preparing ourselves for the new things of God.

Our Presenter: Rev. Renee Franzen has a professional background in social work, marriage and family therapy and pastoral ministry. Ordained with the Evangelical Covenant Church of America with a focus in Spiritual Formation, Renee is a former Lead Pastor, now focusing on care and formation. She is an active Spiritual Director and Supervisor, a trainer for Spiritual Direction students, as well as speaker and retreat leader. Renee has been married to husband Tim for over 44 years, is the mother of 3, and grandmother to two.
