Journaling - Your Way: Workshop In Person at Christos

Join a journaling conversation and workshop at Christos, and engage in listening, conversations and reflection about the process of journaling. Journaling is more than a “method” --- it’s a practice to help you notice your own ways and listen for God’s invitations.

Consider the questions:   Why journal? What is the best way?  What have you been taught in your own faith journey? What is your experience?  What do others find nourishing? 

If you are new to journaling, have never journaled or are a long-time journaler, this session is for you. Join us for this session on a deep and impactful spiritual practice.  Workshop will include small group and large group conversation, plus short times of individual reflection.
