Listening for God In A Noisy World

In the busyness and noise of life, how can we listen more consistently for God’s voice? Our Lord is inviting us to come away and let go of the pathological busyness of the past and look toward a different path into the future. Come away and listen for God’s voice through his Word and creative listening practices. We trust God to speak in this stillness. Set aside distractions. We will explore how to move toward a deepening experience of God’s presence in the stillness.

St. Matthew UCC is adjacent to the prairie path, which is available for walking as weather permits. A contemplative retreat guide, as well as snacks and beverages, will be provided.
