New Staff, New Responsibilities

Christos is pleased to announce the following staff changes:

 Mike Hotz has been named Tending the Holy (TTH) Coordinator in the Twin Cities. Mike comes to Christos with an amazing background in pastoral care and community engagement, and a deep love for Christos. Mike currently serves as the Associate Pastor of Community Life at First Covenant Church in St. Paul and is a recent graduate of the TTH program. Mike has been actively facilitating in the TTH TC program for the past few years.

Reina Brekke, who formerly served as TTH Coordinator in the Twin Cities, has assumed a new role as Alumni/Tending the Call Coordinator. In this new role, Reina will oversee a Christos directory of spiritual directors, guiding applicants through a process to discern their compatibility with Christos’ mission and values, as well as respond to inquiries from those who seek a spiritual director. She will also create engagement opportunities for Tending the Holy alumni to nurture them in their ministry after they leave Christos, and create opportunities for spiritual directors, pastors, and leaders in spiritual formation ministry to connect with and support each other.
